Ask Our TeamMOQ varies by product type. For OEM (color/logo changes on existing models), MOQ starts at 500 units. For ODM (new mold development), MOQ is typically 1,000–2,000 units depending on tooling cost allocation. Contact us with your requirements for an exact figure.
Sample lead time is 15–25 days from confirmed specs. Mass production for standard OEM orders is 20–35 days from deposit receipt. ODM projects with new tooling require an additional 30–45 days for mold development. We provide a written timeline at the start of every project.
We produce samples using the same components and molds as production units. Samples are shipped for buyer review and approval before mass production begins. Sample cost is typically credited against the first production order. Virtual video QC walkthroughs are available for international buyers.
OEM options include housing color, logo engraving or printing, UI language, startup screen, and full packaging design. ODM options extend to complete industrial design, hardware specification, new mold development, firmware features, and accessory sets — all handled in-house.
We operate a three-stage QC system: IQC for incoming materials, IPQC for in-process monitoring, and FQC with 100% final function testing on every unit. Inspection records are available for buyer review. Third-party audits (SGS, BV, etc.) can be arranged at the buyer's request.
Products are certified CE (Europe), FCC (North America), ROHS (hazardous materials), and KCC (South Korea). Documentation is provided with each order. For new ODM products, we manage the certification process with approved test labs on your behalf.
